Refund policy
- Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 14 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide image of the damages and email us at yesentials@yesentialscandles.com
- We strive to make our customer’s experience smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your Yesentialscandles purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at yesentials@yesentialscandles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1050 W 58th Street Los Angeles, CA 90037
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for full refund of your purched price, less shipping and handing within 14 days of delivery.
